Who we are:
We are a non-profit, English-language playgroup
for native English-speaking families (including bilingual families) living in or
around
Our members come from various
English-speaking countries, including the

new English-speaking friends!
What our group is about:
The main focus of our playgroup is to
give our kids the opportunity to hear and speak English in a well organized,
but yet relaxed social environment!
That’s why we ask everyone to speak
English only (to the other moms/dads and to the kids, including your own) when
we meet! We don’t want any German to be spoken, because it is all around us
anyway.
It is essential for us that your kids
understand (and speak) English. Therefore, English has to be the (or one
of the) language(s) spoken to your kids at home!
What we offer:
We have a group for babies, a group for
toddlers up to 3 years and a group for kids aged 3 to 6 years.
All groups meet once a week at a lovely
location in Stuttgart-Vaihingen.
These groups give our kids and us the
opportunity to sing, play, do crafts, chat and have fun in English!
Story-telling and a snack time are
included in our activities as well.
Because singing is very important to us,
the VIP-songbook (that every member receives) contains many songs already, and we add
new songs and finger plays all the time!
As we have a flexible agenda, our
members are welcome to make suggestions and to get involved!
We also offer special activities such as
picnics or trips! And we celebrate Easter, Halloween and Christmas together! From
time to time we have a “night out” without our kids!
All these activities give us the chance
to get to know all members and their families!
Short history of our playgroup:
Our playgroup was founded in 2008 by a
mom of 3 kids who is very experienced in running groups for kids (including
playgroups). What started out as a small group has now become a major
English-speaking playgroup in the

If you would like to come to our playgroup
by car, there is enough parking available!
You can also come to our meetings by
public transportation: The train station (S-Bahn, Stadtbahn) and bus stops are
nearby!
Being a non-profit organization, we
don’t charge any fees!
